yea this wasnt any "zomg I killed patchwerk" vid, just wanted to do a pally tank point of view vid and be able to watch how my tps was in such horrible gear. I'll agree naxx is too easy, like the info said, I had only been 80 for 2 days when I cleared naxx as main tank.

Looks like he uses Bartender with Button Facde and increases the padding of his Action bar's by like 1.5 -3?
Somewhere near there . but those are the 2 addons (Bartender , ButtonFacade)

He's using Seal of Corruption it does holy damage over times stacks up to 5 times... its best in raids but for 54 mans i use wisdom for pally tanking
