The striped shirt. God, I wore a striped shirt for about twenty years...1968 -1988+-...even took it to Saigon. Mr. Waits and I have a lot in common. the same age, same month, fathers teachers and heavy into radio... even had the same weird hearing problem as a kid. I deduce it to be the action of hormones flying around, and trying to settle down. Cheshire grin, belongs only to the man. He would have made a great joker.
