Its so strange that youve done this tutorial, because I was sitting a few days ago looking at corrugated cardboard thinking it looked like the panelling of shutters.....spooky or what!!?. Love this tutorial!!! I get cardboard from work all the time I will be trying this for sure...By the way the little round things you made for the side are hinges and the ridges on the inside of the cardboard are called corrugated. TFS!!!!
