Did exiting the Sherman Dam's interior create an Enex outside or is it just PC Mods?

Oh and there is another Enex marker directly above the Johnson House's entry one observable from the exterior world. Isn't far above the height limit.

I always thought the 2 together above the clucking Bell were special but it seems like there would be over 100 markers if ever interior's is visible from the exterior world.

If you read this comment can you try finding other Enex markers viewable from the exterior world? (like the sky door, viewable from the normal game world high up)

Stores are deleted with unknown reason by Rockstar ( 24/7 store ) .

The Rusty Browns was soppost to be a big chain in GTA SA,but for an unknown reason it was deleted.The only remneats is the interior used for The police missions in a different dougnut shop.
