1. Try and get Mike back into the group. I know that negotiations broke down, but we need him!

2. Make another chart topper like "I'll Make love to you".

3. Do another song with Mariah Carey. One Sweet Day was a hit for them and I believe if they did something like this again, they would catch the public's eye.
