He tackled health care in his first year for a couple of reasons. One, for humanitarian reasons. Two and just as important: health care if broken and the sooner it's fixed, the better.

Obama hasn't cured cancer or anything like that but he's done many good things. Here's a few: Troop draw downs in Iraq are good. The very fact that he's pushing healthcare reform is good. Raising our image abroad is good. Increasing stem cell research is good. Bitchslapping the GOP House is awesome.
