  • Blasting this song and thought, "Was that the doorbell?" Yes, it was the landlord checking in on his new tenant. "Sorry"

  • You can hear heavy Pantera influence in this song :D

  • Its nice to hear a band with hard riffs all band seem the same now days double bass whole song after song after song band after band after band lol

  • The people writting comments about another bands. STFU and listen the music, stop posting retard stuff.

  • Ugh. Bland. Generic. Boring. Poorly written. Pseudo metal.

  • Wtf just happened? I nearly broke all of my fucking limbs listening to this!

  • sick song

  • I like Bullet For My Valentine and Lazarus A.D., what's the problem fuckers?

Shut the fuck up bitches, both bands kick ass. Although my favorite band will always be Machine Head ;)

  • Mehh, their first album was better, but its nice to see that did something different, I wonder which direction they'll take on their 3rd one. Revocation did it better this year :P

  • saw lazarus in seattle last night yeeee fucking kicked ass!!!

  • Bfmv sucks so please dont say someone should listen to their songs. Because their soooo bad.

  • @PSCreativeGaming you sucks

  • why is it called groove metal though?

  • @aestheticpardox9 cause it has sick grooves man haha just listen to those badass riffs

  • @aestheticpardox9 because its groovy and metal... figures

  • @666damean1991 who still says groovy anymore? that's why I didn't know what I was called

  • @aestheticpardox9 welll all your kool kid friends from the 70's and poeple who want to say something its kinda groove, (groovy) makes sence to me lol

  • @666damean1991 it does

  • wow what a killer riff \m/

  • @Littlebesty7 I agree that BMTH is sgit but BFMV are decent, not great but really, think about their music has alittle bit of meaning. My views and your views are different, throt id state something...

and like you said, deffenetaly Pantera influanced ;) may be young but i know some of the good old bands.

  • I remember seeing these guys live back in 2006. They opened for Monstrosity at Parkside in Kenosha. Back then, they didn't have the "A.D." and they didn't have their first album self-released yet. In fact, they were literally giving away a demo on a CD-R at that show. I still have that demo.

  • this is so groove metaly lol

  • What's up with the poppy vocals? Their first album was just goddamn brutal thrash what happened?

  • @goddamnpowergroove i agree but this one is awesome as well

  • @goddamnpowergroove its called groove metal

  • "Was It worth it" Children of Bodom's new song, sounds a lot one of the riffs in this song.

  • not really proud of this album kinda a let them for me hope next one is like onslaught that kicked ass

  • they made their own sound. the entire album is totaly nailed. the first own was something different, just like kill ´em all and ride the lightning, or cowboys from hell and vulgar display.

    a fan from argentina

  • Definite Pantera Influence here. What i'm glad to see is a metal band that isn't some BMTH or BFMV faggotry

  • @Littlebesty7 I can understand BMTH being gay, but BFMV? FUCK no! Go listen to Ashes Of The Innocent or Waking The Demon and say Bullet isn't gay.

  • @Bullet4Trivium You aren't thinking how im thinking. i'm referring to how they are a kind of "pop" metal.

  • @Bullet4Trivium Ashes of the Innocent and Turn to Despair, these are the only good examples to their so called "machoism".

  • @OrganMuncher i agree :D

  • @Littlebesty7 What's wrong with Bullet For My Valentine? Not heavy enough? That is what bothers me the most about metal fans...They only like the REALLY heavy stuff. Metal doesn't have to just be about being heavy. It is about the deeper meaning and the emotion of the music. Metal can still be softer. Plus, Bullet is still pretty heavy overall.

  • @1995Blackrosedying Its not that bullet isnt heavy enough...theyre just lame as fuck and overly mainstream. I love music thats more melodic than them but doesnt have that awful radio sound to em

  • @rockprogmetal have to agree. altough i hate it when people say they "suck". they are a pretty talented band, im just not a big fan of their lyrics. they have made some pretty fucking good thrash songs though like Scream Aim Fire and Waking The Demon.

  • @1995Blackrosedying mötley crue is also considered as a metal act ... so BFMV is just the heir apparent of Motley crue , lazarus is Metallica's one :)

  • @1995Blackrosedying

bullet just had a feeling of mainstream....its just the way it is man

  • @Littlebesty7 hey bullet for my valentine used to be good. used to be

  • @Littlebesty7 cant say i agree bc the styles of music are totally different but it is nice to see some new thrash out there that totally kicks ass, idk if youve heard of sylosis but they have some major thrash influence thats definitely worth checking out! stay metal!

  • @Littlebesty7 Hey stuoid BFMV is not Metal and BMTH sucks so bad fact i dont consider BMTH a metal band.....and yes Pantera is fucken awsome

  • I definitely liked the first album more, although this song is FUCKING SICK!

Lazarus AD FTW! Bringing back a good name for American Metalheads!!!

  • This is a record for teenies.

  • ive been to their show here in wisconsin. so fucking crazy!!!!! i got a t-shirt and album from that show

  • seeing these guys tonight. so stoked.

  • go watch the music video for this. why does this have more views than the music video. i know it's not important but it's new so go support it. DO IT NOW!!!!!

  • great song and a fabulous album, go out and buy it! not sure i like the fact that the video is nothing more then a commercial but iam not gonna do too much bitching. iam just glad to see their new stuff getting posted.

    MUTHAFUKKIN LAZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • has anyone else seen the music video for this on metal sucks?

  • outstanding piece of work.

    Lazarus are fucking back!

  • Oh I fucking missed this band :))))))

  • His cleans remind me a bit of Anselmo :) Good stuff!

  • Hmmm. I've been listening to the new album and I'm afraid I must report that it's not all that good. For every song like this one or "Light a city up in smoke" there's some right coreish stinkers. Also the album's a lot more formulaic. It doesn't have the sit up and take note factor that "The Onslaught" had.

  • Thrash dosnt really mean fast all the damn time, i play in a thrash band and we do alot of fast shit but not every song, i consider lazarus ad modern technical thrash! They dont sound so simple or easy like most thrash bands of the 20th century! Trust me thrash is all i listen to, my favorites are kreator, sadus, sepultura, and alot of demolition hammer! I could name more but those four are the jist of what i like the most. Warbringer is my favorite of all time. Just please quit fucking whining

  • Comment removed

  • i smoked some of my chocolope with these guys last night, helluva show

  • @heartkid7291 Nice man, how was that?

  • @thrashupyourazz pretty fun, the drummer, Ryan, was a lot more talkative, the guitarist, Dan, was so out of it, probably already smoked some Wisconsin weed=, but he tooka puff or two from my bowl of chocolope, I was only in their bus for like 15 minutes, I had chatted up Alex inside the club for a few minutes

  • @heartkid7291 ive heard alot of people say that about them, i wouldnt expect it either! thats pretty wicked man! You know warbringer? well my band my get to open up for them here in jacksonville florida! Awesome i know!

  • @thrashupyourazz Cool, what's your band called?

  • @Lacerationizer Dont got a name yet! we've been in the process of writing music and finding a bassist! We got a hold of their booking agent and hes says he dosnt see why not, its just the guys need to save money for the trip all the way from california all the way to florida! But we've been iffy on names! I wanted to call my band deathraiser, since attomica is like my favorite band, but were probably either condemned or savanger!

  • @thrashupyourazz Try combining possible names if you can't decide on one, might turn out cool

  • van 6 estupidas personas...XD

  • The clean vocals give it a sort of stoner metal feel i think, sort of like C.O.C.'s In the Arms of God. It's not clean vocals like A Day to Remember type thing, which I like. Based on what other people have said of this album, I think it is better than I expected it to be

  • @orangman456 does sound very doomy and stoner! cooooool!!

  • Jjust got back from chainreaction Anaheim Ca. LAZZ KICKED ASS . PLUS BONDED BY BLOOD WAS SUPER TIGHT .. KICK ASS SHOW !

  • most overated nwotm band.

  • @fuckinthrasher76 After violator I think

  • Oh, and penis. LOLOLOLOLOL

  • @EnvoytoOpenFields enjoy your virginity

  • I gave it a few more listens, to try and sort myself out. And I have to admit, Raw = We suck at our instruments so we call it "raw" and pretend we're cool.

    Try some btbam alaska.

and ssort ursilf owt dewd. :DDD

  • @EnvoytoOpenFields btbam aren't that great. The band MyGrain pwns them in every way, and so does Lazarus AD. You're an immature jackass. Now go hide under bridge......That's what you trolls do, isn't it?

  • Softcore ?

  • wow its pantera 2

  • @underscoreisnotvalid

    No...

This band is fucking badass! Just got this album today, but they are no where near the level Pantera was. And there will NEVER be another band like Pantera.

  • @BlakkToothGrinn69 Pantera? If there was ever such an over-rated band, Pantera is it. Their sound was cool in the early '90s when it was a new sound and all, but in today's market, it sounds extremely dated and mediocre compared to how bands of expanded on and improved the style of sound Pantera helped create. In fact, what dates Pantera's music the most is the relatively simple riffs.

  • @Thomas99Anderson

Pfft, whatever! I can relate to a bunch of shit Phil wrote so thats the main reason why.

  • amped to see them tuesday!

  • @FalkKyburz

    Offcourse they do !!!

  • Man Lazarus AD kicks some thrashing ass !

  • I completely understand that hate but why isn't it directed at the Father of Lies who deceives people into slavery and ultimately death?

  • I absolutely love LAD but i gotta say the new album isnt as hard as I hoped it would be. Its like the guitars have more boing and less crunch than before, if that makes sense. Its got enough to work out to I suppose. GET HARDER.

  • @fosponomot in my opinion it was way better than the onslaught. even lazarus said themselves that the album was made by little rebel teenagers so it was very monotonous vocally. it improved a lot. it may not be straight up in your face thrash, but the musicality has increased tenfold. everything is just better thought out and they arent just trying to be heavy, as they said, when they were 17 and 18

  • I love good frick'in thrash metal bands!!!!! Such as these guys. 2 records of thrashing glory!

  • Hahah the vocals are bad you say? This is a thrash band.

  • Just picked up the album like 2 hours ago. :D

  • KICKASS! Glad to know they haven't sold out. And I know they won't. This band is so badass.

  • still great!

  • sounds more mature than preivious stuff, both sick!

  • New Lazarus album. New Governor. Packers in the Super Bowl. It's a good time to live in fuckin WISCONSIN!!

  • I just like how people are bitching about how this doesn't sound like songs off of The Onslaught. Well, no shit people, it's been four years since that album came out.

A band is allowed to stretch their wings and evolve.

  • this album is pure fucking sick amzingness, my neigbors r gonna hate me cuz im going to b blasting it for a while lol lets just hope that the cop is a fuckinthrash fan lol \m/

  • What are all these guys bitching about? I got their album last night and I can't fucking stop listening to it! I even uploaded it for all you guys to listen. They're still Thrash, no doubt, but with a bit more of their Pantera influences showing. None-the-less, it's awesome! Glad I didn't have to wait until the first. hahaha

  • Fucking nice, hopefully seeing them live in Nijmegen 30th march

  • BEST MOTHERFUCKING THRASH BAND EVER... ACTUALLY... BEST METAL BAND. period.

  • i just got back from a show in kenosha and GOD DAM THESE FUCKING GUYS FUCKING ROCK!!!!!!! i might have broke a rib but it was way worth it im going to bed now lmao

  • can u say pantera feel....

  • I personally like this... but if you dislike the changes in this from their old style, you are gonna HATE "casting forward" another of their singles. you can find it in links from their website... it has metalcore written all over it...

  • for the ultimate sacrificeee! SACRIFICE!!! + amazing riff and solo = epic

  • Wow this sucks. Wtf happened lazarus? Chorus sounds like Shinedown and the riffs are so genaric you wouldn't be able to pick this out from the 1324763741 other bands doing this exact thing. Unlike the last Album. Wow i hope they have better songs on this album then this. Disapointment is in stores Febuary 1st.

  • Sigh... Lazarus always starts with a killer riff and then a bad ass solo on every goddamn song of theirs! Oh wait, that's the way it fuckin' should be.

  • The fuck? This is LAZARUS???? What the hell happened????

  • fuk yea tour australia ill b there 4 sure

  • This is def not bad and i dont blame a band for changing...but this wasnt the direction i hoped they were going in....

  • those guitar solos are fucking sick!!

  • I love it and it's rare when bands say we are gonna push it and write and record another album before the fans are even done listening to the first one. And the song at the end of the making of Black Rivers Flow Preview is insanely sick check it out.

  • @Calibur43 The Onslaught was released 2007, if it takes you 4 years to listen to 1 record you must be reeeeaaly slow

  • @FearMyPants They re-issued it on Metal Blade in March of 2009. That's when I heard it, and of course I don't take 4 years to listen to shit, I meant done as in listened to it multiple times............

  • @Calibur43 Even if you count the reissue, 2 years between records is pretty normal... but yeah you never really get done listening to a good record

  • @FearMyPants Agreed

  • I agree with BozzCollin, the music is pretty cool, but the vocals are just annoying.

  • Pretty damn good, I liked the sound of The Onlaught better.

  • Yano, this doesn't have the same "all poseurs must be trowelled in the cunt," "grab you by the throat and melt your FACE," aura as tumbled out my speakers when I first heard "Last Breath." The Hetfielding vox was a mistake as well.

The second half of the song is pretty fecky though.

OI! LAZARUS! WHEN YOU FOLKS COMING TO ENGLAND?!

  • THRASH OR DIE! \m/

  • Ive heard the new cd " where is the the thrash'', the onslaught was ten times better fuck it

  • good but definitely different from onslaught. i hope the rest of the album gets back to the unrestrained aggression that they had on the first one, thats what drew me in to them.

  • Fucking Badass \m/

  • I thaught this song was a little dissappointing at first, but god has it grown on me. These guys may not be 100% oldschool thrash, but what a belter of a tune nonetheless! In 5 years time, these guys will be where lamb of god is today, trust me!

  • i really want to love these guys, but those vocals just plain SUCK. god he needs to learn to sing and scream. the music is kickass, but the vocals completely ruin everything!

  • @BozzCollin thats what i think about evile, fuckin cant stand his vocals, these vocals are good man.

  • Too Clean, too Rasp, too fast too slow... too much bitching and not enough listening.

METAL is a UNITY, not a pissing ground for whiners who think every Metal cd should be a PERFECTION for themselves. This is music... Creativity and all listening to the music we love. The media is taken with rap and pop. Bands like Lazarus help me feel great about defying stupid media trends. METAL FOREVER!!

  • @Mamasfallenangelodd If I may point out a band whose singing sucks, but are still damned well awesome: Slayer. LOOK AT THOSE FUCKERS!! I Agree Whole Heartedly!!!

  • @Mamasfallenangelodd i just dont fucking like how they consider themselves to be thrash metal and this is NOT fucking thrash metal. if it was any kind of thrash then i consider it to be thrash on training wheels. theyre an ok band. just dont fucking call yourselves something your not you know what i mean?

  • @Mamasfallenangelodd MAN, so true! I call these people Classifiers! Constantly judgeing quality music, as i"m waiting for there demo/record to come out!! BTW i get a Machine Head Vibe from these guys...Awesome, keep it up!!!

  • Really good song. Can't wait to hear the rest.

  • Fuck acciddently stumbled onto this band and im GLAD I DID

  • Wow man im really the only one who isnt liking the new album doesnt really sound like thrash

  • Awesome sound dudes !!! see in kenosha january 22nd \m/

  • Great song and great band. I'm sure Dimebag would be proud that Walk lives.

  • @ Aphat...Meh as they grow, so will their love for true differnce in mucial taste...i think.

  • if his vocals are like this on the new album

    (personal opinion)

i find it a big improvement

    they were bad ass already

    but just that much better

that fuckin 3rd nut type of thing

  • Sounds awesome, look forward to this :)

  • i can't believe these guys sound this nasty in such a short time, i met them and they definitely deserve the spotlight.

  • This album is going to destroy everything. Haters gonna hate when they don't have this kind of talent. Can't wait to see my boys on the 18th at DV8 and Tucson. Known these guys forever and it's always good getting back together.

  • It's about god damn time they came out with a new album.

    This band rules.

Anybody bitching about the clean singing should needs to seriously wake the fuck up. There's more to metal than just guttural monotonous vocals. Sometimes, bands do this crazy thing called changing. It's like what they did before... But different.

  • @aphat Ah dude, You are awesome. Been saying this for years.

  • @aphat REALLY THOUGH!! if anything the fucking clean vocals just add to their thrashness haha!!

  • @aphat The album is leaked on the internet if you just can't wait to hear it! Just buy it when it comes out too! BTW the album kicks serious ass.

  • @aphat I completely agree with you. Metal is more than guttural monotonous vocals. It's also about not sucking dick. Which these guys do. The guitar is boring as fuck. The solos are embarrassing. And his harsh vocals are so fucking corny, I can't even take these guys seriously.

  • @EnvoytoOpenFields Not ever band is a technical band for christs sake. Some people enjoy listening to simple "raw" if you will, music. That isn't what music is about sort yourself out dude.

  • @aphat I honestly look forward to change and try to find different shit, this is an enjoyable listen.

Whos complaining about clean vocals? A bunch of wanna be hard C-nuts from the "hardcore" aka wanker scene.

  • \\M// METAL \\M//

  • ya i love people hating on a band for evolving there craft. and i dont know how you think it is a bunch of auto tune there is no auto tune anywhere on the album.

  • february 1st cant fucking wait

  • February 1st - MY BIRTHDAY! :D

  • Sounds pretty good, but definitely a lot different than the first album.

  • check out suicidedecoy159

  • just souds like they altered a few of the riffs from absolute power :L but damn gd and the chorus is catchy

  • love it!

  • its damn pretty !!!

  • Not bad at all...not bad at all. I couldn't do better for sure;)

  • pretty damn surprised by this band, only recently found them but they seem to have something going for them that's for sure. not just the usual bland thrash, got some meat to the bone you know?! damn good stuff!

  • I can't wait for this album. Hail thrash metal.

  • the vocals need more work in the verses. it sounds like this was a first take rather than trying to get it down good. it just kinda sounds like he doesnt really know what he wants to do here. instrumentally its good but boring.

  • I don't like it.

It's good. Just not like the first album...

  • The vocals are great

  • I hate that screamo growl at 1:59 , he does that a couple of times, but the rest of the song kicks ass!

  • @megaluisdeth its more of a high pitch growl not realy found in screamo too often.

  • @jofx1992 It sounds like the gay scene crap, the growl sounds like that and this song sounds boring, it's to plain. You feel me?

  • @megaluisdeth pretty confused about what "gay scene" it's supposed to sound like..... but you sure are spending a lot of time on this page for someone that dislikes it's contents so much.

  • @megaluisdeth no i feel you on the song no doubt. look at my other comments. literally every song off the onslaught is better than this.

  • @megaluisdeth scene?? what scene are you talking about?? the scenes metalcore and deathvore so how in the fuck is this scene???? I guess its part of the well structured musically advanced scene! Are you kidding me this shits badass no one in a faggot ass scene band could play this shit!!! so no I dont "feel you" bro sounds to me like your a former scene faggot who the fuck talks like that? you feel me?? hahaha

  • @jmrcanada except the lead has had a thousand autotunes done to make his vocals sound ok im places and he cant do it live cus he fails so :L

  • @CharlieDidItOfficial well actually not nice try at pretending you've got a good ear but I was actually there for the recording of this album, I'm there tech, and let me reassure you there live performance is going to be as close to the album as its always been!!! there not going to have a problem pulling this off live!

  • @jmrcanada I've heard Dan sing, this won't be a problem live!

  • @jmrcanada yh im sure they can pull it off live but i just saying a few live vids i've seen the vox that the guitarist does dunt sound the same its more sing live than aggressive if u know wat i mean, i dont know wat the intentions are for those vox but they sound a lot more refined than what the last album did, any idea if they're coming to norwich, england? cus a lot of people like em down hear

  • @megaluisdeth It's more like Philip Anselmo's higher grows/black metal screams than screamo.

  • anyone else notice the amount of views this already has compared to their other videos that have been up forever now. theyve gotten alot more popular since their first release

  • literally ever soong from the onslaught is better than this song. but every song kill em all was better than "escape" from ride the lightning and i mean its fucking ride the lightning dude. maybe just a very bad choice for a lead single
