@Bubblegunz13 Not necessarily, the ammo counter could be on your gun, I don't see how you would know where enemies are, or where to go. Plus. in first person, it feels more personal. Like this is all happening to YOU. In third person, especially for me, I see something happen and im like, "oh no... HE is getting mauled by a disgusting creature." Otherwise I would be like, OH SH*T! GET IT OFF ME!" Because you don't see another person, all you see is a gun. Especially with silent protagonists.

Yeah, there are things that are scary about third person, but I always felt that first person made it personal. It felt like that would be ME standing there and not someone else. I would be getting attacked, not the person there. As soon as necromorphs were done popping out of vents AGAIN, all of the horror would immediately be gone. In other words, I feel first person is more immersive. Mostly cause you can't see someone else standing there.

@Dekoman900 The system is automated so basically even if they tried changing it, the computer inside the ship never changed because it was never set for an event like that, and the alien spread was so fast that the people didn't have time to react, so the store is part of the ship, which has no thinking A.I. it just acts as if the aliens were never there.
