from just after u finish the first 2 bottom layers, u complete the top layer colour, in this case it is yellow. it's like skipping completing the cross.

yes! nice video so i learn many OLL moves thats mhy that i can solve the cube in 45 seconds but still slow coz this OLL some of them will put into an PLL not all will solve the whole cube it old moves. But still ok for the bigginers like me.. hee lol

OLL is the orientation of the last layer, or the flipping of the cubies so that the correct color is facing up, PLL is the permutation of the last layer or the positioning of correctly flipped cubies to their own spots.
