Dude YOu have no idea how to make 3d movies. Your Inter ocular distance is too high! For scene like this should be around 22 mm, what is more Your views are not aligned vertically, with huge offsets of 50 pixels (in 1080p) which is a headache.

For eye popping - the nice paralax offset is max 5 %, in your case its like 15 and it really hurts. READ SOME and then make movies.
