This is a power house food for vegans: blend lentils & yellow/green peas in high power blender (I use blendtec). Cook lightly in water until thick. (Must be thick for ideal satiation and digestion). Cook Basmatti or your favorite white rice (more for satiation). Boil white potato not soggy but mush to touch. Mix cilantro, curry, red pepper, ginger, garlic, organic salsa (no vinegar) in lentil/yellow peas, virgin coconut/olive oil, sea salt. Mix equal amounts of the 3 eat slowly with water
