I just acquired this awesome item from the arcade's prize desk, last night. $25 in tokens and some lucky streaks at the ticket games and it was mine. A mere 5,000 ticket prize. Then again, this place has always had some awesome selections at decent figures. It was a tough choice between this and the HALO R/C choices...that were cheaper. Think I made the right choice.

Actually, Chess is far older then that. I have a PSx copy of Chess Master. On it, there is a library of recorded chess matches. One dates all the way back to Roman times. Don't ask me why someone back then actually wrote down the move-by-move plays of the game. Or, why the record managed to survive. I wouldn't know. But, it proves how ancient this game truly is.

@jupreindeer Don't look at it that way. Luigi is technically the most powerful piece on the board. (more powerful than mario) so even if his title is girly, the manly like role as chess bad-ass makes up for it :)
