I miss that show! I moved to Maine in '82 and often wondered what happened to him and Bill Kennedy. Sir Graves had a spot in his show where he would show the drawings kids mailed him and mine was shown!
Great memories. I wonder if any of his shows are available on DVD?
great show ...that and creature feature ....then on nights you had the ghoul....detroit horror hosts for movies were so cool...add in a littlebill kennedy at the movies...and some bozo and soupy sales.....detroit rules....signed fasteddie-windsor
thanks for the tribute, i watched him for years, until he started showing old cliff hangers like THE PURPLE MONSTER STRIKES (or something like that), Do not forget RITA BELLs prize movie, she showed BURN WITCH BURN!!!!, and of course the gHouL WHOM refered to graves as, 'sir greasy gravey'.
I cried when I found out he had passed. I could've skipped the cartoons on Saturday...I was just waiting for Sir Graves! R.I.P., dear man. You will never be forgotten!
I remember Sir Graves from my year living in Reston VA. He flew in for a few years to do shows (Friday night and Saturday afternoon) for WTOP in Washington DC. It was 1970 I was ten and I loved both shows. Another bit of my childhood gone. Sucks.
RIP Sir Graves Ghastly ... and thanks for making Friday nights in 1970 extra enjoyable.
Some tribute. The guy was on the air there for 25+ years, and the best they can do is grab videos from Keith Milford's site. Then not even mention Keith's site, but their own.
what a load of old shit

I wouldn't say an excellent website. Real player blows. I hope someone puts a better site together.

You kidding?? That's a frickin awesome tribute site! The amount of obscure stuff that guy's amassed there blows my fragile little mind.
Oh, and Real Player works just for me. Eh, tons of sites use Real media. Nothing new there.
