I dont know what JPM said about the crash but his left front was in the grass as the BAR next to him didnt leave much room and Kimi had to unexpectedly check up for a car in front on him. At the 29s mark JPM's left front locks up trying to keep from hitting Kimi, but he's already on the grass. There was no way he could stop fast enough. It was a racing accident. It just happened to be his team mate. And in case y'all didnt know Ron Dennis isnt that easy to get along with.

He was hit from behind. That must have damaged the differential, the gearbox, the rear wing, the rear suspension or the rear diffuser. Plus he stalled the engine when he spun, and in a F1 car, you can't restart it.
