i can help you....go under condition in menu and change the offset , it will be like night and day

This video was helpful. I wanted to request a video showing how to clean the machine, or blade, or blade holder- basically the kind of maintainance that will keep my cutter working well. I've been having problems with the cutter not finishing each letter, leaving a tiny place where I have to rip the vinyl while I'm weeding it. Driving me crazy, and takes forever. I just need to know what I need to do to troubleshoot that (clean it, service it, or whatever).
