It happens to me on a daily or almost daily basis. The colors red or white; people out on standing or walking on sidewalks or corners; mobbing on the road or inside; anonymous phone calls. However, I do not like the term "gang" stalking; organized is better.
There is out there a "cult" (corrupted-police) that related to an "Foreigns" either "Russians" or "other" that picking up on certain targeted individuals (I'm myself expiriasing same of it)
Those are either "MAFIA" or "ORGANIZE-CRIME" related that usually suck the energy and life of "TARGETED-INDIVIDUAL" for favors of stealing goods or money! - They drive people insane and make money of it!
What these people do not seem to understand is that statistical evidence can and will be used to undermine plausible deniability, as it is admissible as evidence when there is reason to believe that it has probative value in establishing a fact or inference. Circumstantial evidence is almost always used to establish proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Also view "Violent Purse Snatching Caught on Tape". The feed was uploaded to YouTube by the Dallas Police Department. Ask yourself; why has the release been doctored? What was left on the cutting room floor? Note the timestamps. At 0:27 the video has been cut to remove 5 minutes from the original footage; video sped up at 0:50; 6 seconds missing at 1:15; 4 seconds missing at 1:22; 9 seconds missing at 1:30; 104 seconds missing at 2:08; 19 seconds missing at 2:13; 7 seconds missing at 2:19.

In fact, aside from your own personal gang stalking you can see statistically anomalous numbers of maroon cars driving up and down tactically advantageous routes in certain towns in order to maximize their overall visibility and intimidation factor. The quality of people used is fairly poor. Belonging to a large group makes these people arrogant. This arrogance may result in belligerence.

But it IS illegal. Its called conspiracy or in the Jurist Prudence " a plot of evil design". The problem is proving it. Mobbing is very different from organized stalking. You have to look at the military and covert factions that use covert ops to influence events, even human experimentation. those David Lawson books have been discredited by many seasoned TI's due to the obvious connection to govt or private companies. No amount of hate groups has this kind of resources or manpower or access
