Just go behind a train while it is moving forwards, you will grind on the rails with no obstacles and won't have to switch rails! If you don't want to monitor your progress, just push the L3 stick up and try to make it stay like that by itself so you don't have to monitor your grinding progress!

thanks man. all ive been doing was riding the El train tracks and after 20 minutes, still no trian but the trophy wasnt there. and turning your camera around to look behind you can cause cole to jump off the rails into water or the oncoming path of the opposite trian. XD

@igotsmoshedify The easiest way is to tackle them by region. Pick a section of the map and scour the shit out of it. Otherwise, google the current district you are working on. there are plenty of videos to help, that is why I never posted any.

like I said...

theres 2ways to do hotfoot. my way is quicker if your on the first island...Just riding the rails and holding forward so the other train dont catchup.

and the 2nd way (your way) which is the same amount of time,but as you said you can go off and do other things,for about 20-25mins.

however that requires the second island to be unlocked your way though...so guess it depends where people are in the game.lol

there's a side mission.

cant remember what its called right now. was along time ago.lol anyways theres a (EVIL) side mission you do,and you have to follow the reapers. and kill the first set of enemies. then follow them again,and there is like 40 of them on a small rooftop. Jump down and Just shockwave them. your bound to get 3 in a row. theres that many of them.lol

VERY NICE.

there is another way.but requires 2 things.

1 - you do the mission to start the trains.

2 - you hold forward on the controller

so the other train on your track doesnt

catch upto you.

but your way is definitely quicker.lol

it's an accumulative, not continuous. You can unlock it easily in the game if you use the power lines and rails throughout the whole game to go to you locations, but that does not happen much.

You would think so, but after playing through twice, this was still not unlocked. You can follow a train, but you have to monitor the game or you will eventually get knocked off. This way, you can eat a sandwich and earn a trophy.

you have to turn the power on in the historic district first.

Follow the missions objectives until you pass the sewer mission, and start the 3 generators. Then you can get this one

Yes, but you have to dodge the trains in doing so, meaning you'll have to monitor the game while you play. If you do it after you turn on the trains, you can get knocked off the tracks by passing trains.

This way you don't have to sit there and wait for 20 minutes, the game will do it for you! Cheers.
