@CaptianClueless Actually, the concept of the show, voice acting, and storyboarding were done in the US, but all of the actual animating was done in Korea (excluding the pilot episode). I agree that it's not a full-blown anime, but it does borrow an anime-like style.

@karmnad I KNOW! That's two hours of my life I'll never get back, and about $10 I'll never see again. Maybe if I'd eaten my popcorn sooner I would've been a LITTLE less bored - guess I burned through it quickly to keep sane early on, and was lucky to remain right in the head for the second half of that HORRIBLE movie.

Even as a stand-alone film it's complete and utter garbage. Is this REALLY what people are spending money on making? That much cash could feed THOUSANDS of starving children!

@karmnad Ty Lee's an 'Avatar the last airbender' character who first appears in Season 2 (or 'Book 2'). Alongside Mai (the more Japanese-looking girl with the bored expressions), she's a henchwoman to Princess Azula, the show's secondary antagonist, for much of the series.

Yeah, I agree that she's absolutely adorable - got a major fanbase on FF.net, DeviantART and other sites, too.

If you haven't watched 'Avatar' all the way, well ... what are you waiting for? It is AWESOME!

Therefore, it's not quite so much of a contradiction as it might seem at first glance. No, purple didn't. The original author (as he/she said about 3 pages earlier) had it, but was a twit and removed it. So I made my own fanfic-of a-fanfic at geocities (bulmabriefs144 to those who haven't seen it). The reprint is called Defying Gravity as with this, but I'm not even sure the original name cause I never saw it.

Taking into consideration that this is based off of a Fanfiction, this is fairly good stuff. It seems that some of it makes you whistle in admiration-namely the slow motion scenes, but other moments as well-while other parts it are somewhat lacking in the right feeling.

I asked the person who had it up for the name of the neopets account of the person who wrote it. I sent a neomail, but so far the writer hasn't logged back on.
