No he wasn't. I meant, that to me he was the best cosplayer, he stayed in character every time I saw him.
Yes, the black luigi last year, he was freaking hillarious.
LAWLS no wonder it took him so long to get back to the room I know him as well hes a good friend of me and Sai so the word will get to him eventually hes away in Maryland atm for marine training so when he gets back he'll see it :P.
