FYI if your below or average shape one class of true traditional Capoeira will pretty much make your entire body sore no joke, I took a class just to see what it was all about!! You dont just learn moves, they make you learn the history of the art, all the names that go with each move, 15 - 30 min stretch intervals, and learn how to play each instrument of The game aka when in practice.. Its very intense and will test the core of your endurance. Pre conditioning wouldn't hurt either!

I know. I moved and I havent found a Capoeira class here I know the history, and the moves and the names I know how to play the instruments and I know you stretch alot. Thats why I wish I had a mestre because I need someone to show me what I am doing wrong and I want to learn more moves. I still stretch and work on my endurance I just want to start learning capoeira again not stretch and workout
