Guys, hate to inform you, but Nova is likely going bankrupt. Most teachers were not apid on time on Friday, Nova fax claims it will come through in 3 or 4 days. Japanese govt. has slapped a sanction on Nova for dishonest practices. Be ready to send your friend some care packages, he may not see a paycheck.
Google "gaijinpot" and "letsjapan" boards for news.
