  • He sucks

  • come on ponder step it up or go get help from Eli manning... oh and vikings should have keep sidney rice

  • You know why ponder has the lowest yards in the nfl. Cause he didnt play half the season he played like 4 games

  • he is awsome

  • i feel bad for the vikes

  • ok, people criticize ponder but he'll be good! took matthew stafford 3 years to be good! and the vikings front line sucks crap! I loved the way ponder played against denver. if he can keep that up...he'll be great! *he threw for 389 yards

  • ponder has lowest yards for a quarterback in the nfl

  • @ShadowzOfRS you're an idiot. He started 10 games.

  • Hope he wont be a bust

  • idk why...but I love christian ponder :) 3

  • i just cant bring myself to hate the vikings cause i live in MN

  • another super star is born

  • Ponder will fuck rodgers in the ass.

  • @Varangian1915 didn happen

  • i think Ponder will stop the packers winning streak.he looks pretty smart, great throw n running GO PONDER!

  • Ok I take back all the bad things I said, the kid is pretty good. Accurate on the run rolls out very smooth. WAY BETTER THAN MCSCABB

  • Everybody is talking about newton and tebow, yet they forget to talk about the best rookie QB in ponder. Do you doubt that? Ponder and scam newton went head to head today and ponder won it. Most importantly he didnt turn the ball over like newton did. And later this year ponder will kick the shit out of tebow too. Ponder was a steal even at 12th overall.

  • @metathus , Tebow is not a Rookie, but don't forget about andy Dalton, he looks dannnnggggg good too..

  • @VikingsRuler Im so embarrassed right now. With all the hype of him starting I totally forgot. But yes, dalton and ponder look way better than newton. I dont care if newton puts up big numbers, he cant win and usually turns it over 3 times a game. And at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is which team put up more points.

  • @charlesmustang people who say ponder isnt the answer are scared of how good he can be...he already has more potential than cutler and he can only improve once harvin gets healthy and the vikings can draft someone like justin blackmon the sky is the limit

  • bears suck, vikings suck, GO PACK

  • @CheesedOffDank Says the faggot

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL Sorry but having played football, baseball, basketball and golf and having strained my MCL before. Jay had a grade two which is a partial tear. If you have never been an athlete that shit hurts!! ANd furthermore, I think the fact that Jay Cutler was the most sacked QB and still put up the numbers he did shows he is far from being a pussy! But Ponder is still overrated no matter how you cut. The numbers dont impress me and neither does his ability translate.

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL And as a Bear fan since 88 and an AP fan I know all about the QB carousel. lol but seriously having watched this guy in college he did not impress me. Sorry but Ponder is not the answer

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL Please stop using the word accurate because obviously he was not that! Furthermore , the pass down the field was a good play call and throw. U stack the box expecting an AP run and you get a man alone because Ponder didnt earn that respect yet. Furthermore, he is overrated coming out of College just like Jimmy Clausen. The only thing I liked about him was his ability to move. But besides that his injuries and decision making made him an overrated pick

  • not flashy, but very efficient... just what the vikings need!

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL I think the fact that he completed 40% of his passes debunks this idea. He didnt make a ton of great throws in this game. He put the ball u and receivers did some good things. For instance the int when he had Shiancoe over the top of Woodson. He under threw the ball and didnt have anything on the throw. Ponder did nothing to make me say this kid is next in line and that was in college and its going to be the same in the NFL.

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL I was actually speaking on the touchdown he caught, the first one didnt count. Furthermore, lets never compare Ponder and AP's rookie seasons because AP is a future HOF and the fumbles I could live with in his rookie season because of everything else. Finally, as I have said before, my assessment is a translation from college to the NFL. But wait and see what I tell you, he will not be what u think he is going to be

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL It was just a great catch by Jenkins who leaped over the defender to get the ball. Then u see the defender fall because I guarantee he thought he had a pick! lol Then Jenkins stumbles into the endzone for a td. How about this for credit. D for the throw and an A for the catch is that good. Ok I'll give him a C for recognizing the single coverage if that helps. lol

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL Yessir the entire game. Not just highlights. I never said he didnt make a few good throws, he completed 13 right lol but the way people were touting his play you would have thought the kid was the next Joe Montana. Cam's performances in his debut was immaculate, this was game management on a poor level and the only reason ppl analyze it as a good game was because of the score. And honestly the credit goes to AP and solid D for a half.

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL Uh huh whatever excuse you need to provide yourself in order to live with this team. Secondly Cam has a worse defense, he is the running game for his team and yet he still puts up huge numbers against good teams! Packers, Bears and did exceptionally well against two very solid defenses in Washington and the Jags. Ponder will falter, its a shame that McNabb loses his job to this kid but hey you have to see what u dont have.

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL Lose out which you most likely will barring supernatural performances by AP and your Defensive Line. The hopefully you have the worst record and you can draft Andrew Luck!

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL lol I believe that Jemarcus Russell was a high draft pick as well. Whats your point? He is mobile never said he wasn't, watched a lot of his games and thats undeniable, however, he makes throws that will leave u looking stupefied. And please name someone he is better than who is starting right now? Also we will see how he does against a poor panthers D. Cam will outplay him leaps and bounds of course. Like I said with Jimmy CLausen he 2 will prove to be overrated & a bust!!

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL And if you think that you would have won those games with him in the lineup your dreaming!!! You wouldnt have come close, hell you wouldnt have been close if AP hadnt been running the way he did. Which is why they were so effective running bootlegs otherwise, Ponder would have been decapitated by Clay Matt! Ponder is OVERRATED, remember you heard it here first!!

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL lmao I see we have a Ponder but buddy here. First off he was overrated coming out of college! I have stated this several times before, secondly, the second touchdown was a hell of a play by the receiver. Furthermore, his arm strength is questionable in several cases. During the evaluations of qb's one of the ? for him was his velocity and decision making. A bit of advice, lose the rest so you can get Andrew Luck. Other than that have fun at the bottom of the NFC North!

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL were 6-1 in first halfs, but one player is not going to change the outcome of a game its has to be a team effort. So i agree that ponder should get the start in the next game i also have to agree that the whole team has to be on the same page.

  • 1 name, Dante Culpepper. Not to be a debbie downer but thats what happend to him.

  • Its going to be so fun watching this man drive this team even deeper into the shitter. 40% completion percentage, 2 picks which should have been 3 or 4 if oyu watched the game. Ponder's arm strength is overrated. His mobility granted is good but his decision making is horrible. Hell he was overrated in college! The Vikings suck as a team and Ponder benefited from the beast having a monster game and Jenkins (shockingly) making great plays! Like the td catch! Ponder is overrated!

  • Love Christian Ponder??? If so watch my tribute song I wrote, and composed for him!!! It's a great song I think you'll like it!

  • better than mcnabb, even losing to the packers [because they are really good and they're champion]s.

ponder was great in that game.

we could won like 2 or 3 games.

  • Thank God....get mcmuffin outta there

  • Mcnabb GET THE FUCK OUT.....hello ponder!

  • Officially named starter vs Packers

  • From FSU we missed u against Oklahoma.

  • Anyone can make these weak lil white boy throws but what we need here is a strong black man with a strong arm and strong throws. God bless America 9/11/2000 never forget and God Bless Israel.

  • @TheHomelandDefender But if he was black he wouldnt be able to make smart white boy decisions : /

  • @TheHomelandDefender Christian Ponder sucks 8==D and is a muslim

  • @TerrorWarrior5000 fuck u faggot

  • @TheHomelandDefender so hows yo boyfriend mcnabb with a big strong sexy arms? hes garbage.

  • @TheHomelandDefender And thanks for fucking up the date of Americas most trying time in the 2000-2010 decade ass hole. Israel suck our cocks.

  • @TheHomelandDefender fuck u u ignorent faggot

  • I want to bang his girlfriend

  • i play his highschool in a couple weeks

  • Lucky for him he only needs to win 2 or 3 NFL games to surpass the great Heisman trophy winning Chris Weinke. Raise the bar young man!

  • The throw he makes at the 8:20 mark is the only thing giving me hope this guy might have a chance (being a Viking fan) All his throws are going to have to start looking like that at the pro level. No more of this casual soft tossing nonsense!! Hoping Catain Limp Wristed Noodle Arm can come through.

  • He is going to be very successful in the NFL and on the Vikings. I do think he's exactly what the vikings needed. He will be one of the great names in football. Saw him play today on the Vikings and DANG im so impressed with him already with his abilities and hes a rookie. CANT WAIT till hes the starting QB

  • Ponder and Harvin gonna be sweet

  • @chrisgiffin122 the two florida boys rivals turned teamates cant wait

  • Ponder, Mallett and Gabbert will have much better NFL careers than Newton...Newton will be thrown in the deep end almost immediately and will not be able to transition to a pro style offense straight away. Compare it to these three, Gabbert should get some time behind Garrard, Mallett will defs be behind Brady and Hoyer for a few years and Ponder has a year or two behind McNabb. He has the physical tools, now has the ideal situation as well

  • hes a great guy and a nice guy to talk to.

i got his autograph and met him at the training camp.

  • follow me on twit you twat

    cmbooker1

  • Is there a video of where he came back from injury and tried to throw the ball but his arm hurt too bad so he only threw it 5 yards?

  • @jesusnegros69 What? Why? Does his anguish sustain you?

  • I had my doubts about ponder but after some research i realy like him GO VIKINGS!

  • He has Rex grossman written all over him

  • @mannmannp You are DELUSIONAL.........

  • He is just what the vikings need. Go vikings

  • he is gonna lead the vikings to the same place they go every year...to their couches at home to watch the superbowl...not sold

  • hes gunna look good in purple and yellow

  • i thought ponder was a nigger

  • @phish1085 nope...pasty cracker lol

  • welcome to minnesota.

  • The Redskins wanted him in the 1st round the Dolphins wanted him in the 1st round...Vikings snatch him b4 them.. Hell yah! Draft him in later rounds? Lol GTFO Learn football Ponder is NFL ready... Arm strength don't mean jack he can float it 40 yards kinda like that peyton manning guy does ever hear of that dude? thats all u need CP7

  • 6 Packer DBs watched this video

  • This guys got some serious arm strength. He's very accurate and very mobile too but he makes some throws that make me scratch my head. Some of them r kinda dangerous and with the NFL a good defensive players gonna get a hand on it. He may get away with it in college but not in the pros

  • This guy looks awesome!

  • vikings need mcnabb for real.. hate to say it but this guy gonna be a bust... pee shoter arm aint gonna cut it in the nfl... sorry its true .. maybe if the vikings got him in the 3rd round he wouldnt have all the pressure and he might be decent..

  • @TheTExAs915 So he won't play well in the NFL because you think that he doesn't throw hard and he is going to be playing with alot of pressure?

  • @hisaoawesome duh!!! he another chad pennington...

  • @TheTExAs915 You should hope that he plays well though because he's a Texas guy, and he still has the chance to prove himself, you're acting as if he's already a bust before he's even thrown a pass in the NFL.

  • @hisaoawesome i guess.. the lockout fucked him over.. and if the vikings dont get a veteran and they throw him in the fire hes screwed..

  • I like christian ponder hes a good all around player but i have one thing that i need to know about him before i can make up my mind if hes minnesotas franchise QB

can he make those tight man to man throws. cause everyone of his highlights ive only seen a couple throws that he has to throw perfect or else its gonna get blocked or intercepted most of his highlights are wide open reicevers.

dont get me wrong im not saying he cant im just wondering if he can do it consistently?

  • @southrensk8crew ponder excels in the short pass, hes a terrific quarterback, im a die hard fsu fan and a die hard vikings fan so i couldnt be happier bout the pick. hes really accurate, hes real smart about his throws and the plays he makes and thats what makes him so good. hes basically like a younger peyton manning/brett favre(minus the gunslinger arm) and im talking bout favre in his prime not his older years.

  • @dalton9931 lately ive been watching alot of his game highlights and i see what you mean

i think he will be just like manning after a few years the arm strength will eventually come

    and thanks for the info!!!

  • @southrensk8crew yeah man, ponder is going to be one of the few rookies that will be able to make a name for themselves. hes gonna be one hell of a quarterback in about 3 years if not sooner

  • 2:05 was a beauty

  • Dilfer is going to feel like a jackass very soon...

  • Goodbye brett farve welcome christian ponder

  • It doesn't matter where you go. It matters how you perform. As long as he performs like he should, he'll be alright. Sure, fairley was sitting there but he doesn't have a solid motor for every down. He's like the randy moss on defense; plays when he wants to. Ponder will have a very successful career as a Viking. Look at his supporting cast; harvin, Peterson, rice, now Rudolph, shiancoe. We have so many weapons around him.

  • who can HONESTLY say this guy should have went this high?.....hes a good player but the number 12 pick???????.....

  • I know its a highlight video, but still accurate is accurate

  • I don't know if it has already been mentioned, but has anyone else noticed how 99% of his throws are placed where the defender has no chance to intercept or block the ball? You can talk about arm strength all you want, but what does it matter if the defense can't get to the ball anyway? The vikings already have had many qbs with great arm strength (culpepper, jackson, favre...) and we know how all of that turned out. I am excited about ponder. he seems smart, accurate, and throws to best option.

  • Cant wait till he leads us to a few superbowl wins :)

  • THAT GUY'S GONNA LEAD VIKINGS TO A SUPERBOWL VICTORY

  • @seahawksfuckthe49ers I wouldn't say tight end is the least important position. If you have a good blocking tight end (Jim kleinsausser) that'll open up holes for a good running back. Add 2 pass catching tight ends and it creates mismatches for the defense. Look at new England if you don't believe me. A tight end is virtually another OL, which helps with protection. Better rethink your statement. Also, if you've ever played madden, you know how useful a big Target like that is in the red zone.

  • Not gunna lie, but i bet this guy is gunna have a better future than cam newton

  • @PackerManForLife not gonna lie but that's true honesty coming from a Packer fan when the post involves a Vikings QB. I appreciate fans like you just like your team.

I'm gonna hold my opinions until I see this guy play. He deserves a chance because his highlights look pretty impressive. Joe Montana wasn't credited with having a strong arm going into his draft either so no one knows how this will turn out.

    Sincerely,

    Vikings fan

  • im not disapionted we got ponder but i feel with this lockout he will have to find synergy with are offense whenever the season starts, i wonder how the vikings will go about breaking him in while keeping him healthy but frazier put alot of stock into to him so if he believes, so do i. oh and for the love of god get a stadium deal done soon mn we need are football.

  • As a Vikings fan, not gonna lie haven't heard of him before, but I'm very excited!

  • Best qb in the draft!

  • One thing that i notice with ponder is the way he throws the ball, it has a lot of hang-time and allows players to get to the position that they want. Favre was a fast slinging QB that gave little time to process the movement of the ball.

  • @Bobsagot90 Lol..the things you said can go both ways man. A lot of hang time can allow the defenders to get in position too not just your receivers

  • In this video his WR's are basicly doing all the work..

  • @AZNZRBEASTZ In this Video, WR's cant do the work without a great QB who knows how to read defense

  • Lions take 2 from a less talented Vikings team this year-Suh might decapitate this guy behind your aging/crappy line.

  • @middleofthemitten The lions first 3 draft picks all have off field problems. I suggest you worry about that. The lions do have a very talented team though. After years of top 5 draft picks for losing so badly it's starting to pay off. i'd just try to be a bit humble if I was a lions fan...

  • @NvikIngsN Understand what your saying and respect that. Had to check out the competition though and am not walking away impressed. Also when I look at Minnesota's roster just not impressed...besides AP, Jared Allen and Harvin nobody on that roster scares me with talent including aging Williams and O-line. Also Fairley never had off the field issues only his work ethic but id suspect your boy ponder will find its good pretty quick

  • @middleofthemitten The kittens beat the Vikings once in 5 years and this clown tries to talk shit. Please dude, your team still has yet to earn the fans that right. Ponder hasn't proven himself, YET, but neither has Stafford! He has been hurt almost his entire NFL career. I'd be more worried about his durability than our roster. Be ready to continue to be spanked.

  • The HEART of any Offense is the CENTER. It was MATT BIRK who relayed all the adjustments in protection to the rest of the O-line and if you remember Adrian got us to the playoffs running through holes blasted by Jimmy K and Tony Richardson (LT ran behind him all those years in SD and again last year for the NYJ) one of the best fullbacks of all time. TJoke was the QB at the time. Thank God that 15% conversions on 3rd down lifetime dipshit is gone. Moral of the story??Sullivan is not Matt Birk.

  • If he's the starting qb, then AP will be the leading rusher hands down.

  • I think the majority of you are a little retarded when it comes to analyzing Christian Ponder. His win - loss record is not amazing. But lets look at why it is not....In the 2009 season FSU had perhaps the worst defense in the country. The offense was putting up 30+ points a game. Meanwhile the defense was giving up just about that much also. He has what every QB needs in order to be successful. He is extremely smart and extremely accurate. In 3 years all you dumbasses will be on his jock strap.

  • Showing plays against BYU isn't impressive. He'll get injured his first year against the lions aka Vanden Boesch, Suh, Fairley, and

  • @goblue237

BYU beat OU and Sam Bradford the week before..held them to around 13 points. Ponder put up over 50.

Im a Bucs fan and wasnt happy when we drafted Freeman and look how thats working out. He didnt have the best year his first year so dont judge Ponder too quickly..Peyton Manning also had a losing record his first year.

Ponder has a decent arm and is a really good player when healthy. Hes never played with a reciever that been drafted. Give him Rice and Harvin and he'll be better.

  • he's got no arm

  • @topppps neither did joe montana

  • i hope the vikings 1st rd pick is a good pick. We'll see if he's the right choice or not. He shouldnt have any excuses when he steps out on the field. Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco step on the field and did their job. And this vikings offense has more weapons than those two did. so he doesnt show up on gameday and suppose to do what he is brought here to then they should fire recruiting personal, coach frazier and qb coach musgrave. Remember Dalton was still available when vikes had to pick

  • i hope the vikings 1st rd pick is a good pick. We'll see if he's the right choice or not. He shouldnt have any excuses when he steps out on the field. • now nfl QB on vikings

  • -Ponder has not played with an offensive skilled player that has been drafted in his 4 years at FSU. His offensive lines has been have been some of the worst FSU has had in the past 20 years. He can turn his back to the line of scrimmage on play action (great skill to have).Had 300-500ccs of fluid drained from his bursa sack on his elbow and had his elbow pad cut off after each game. Smart, leader, good footwork, accurate, arm strength gets ripped on to much

  • @FullMovieJacket You're right about everything but the O lines. The past two seasons the O line has been pretty darn good.

  • @kewlboy567 Yeah, I wasn't too sure about that. I just saw it on a few blog sites so I went with it.

  • Vikings fans be glad of this pick. I'm a FSU fan and every QB we had before him sucked. He was a 3 star recruit but only got better every year cause of his work ethic. This dude has no problem learning a play book being he has like 2 bachelor degrees,Got his first as junior. He only threw the ball when somebody was open, So when ever he threw the ball deep I knew it was good. 20TD 8int(just cause WR's dropped or ran the wrong route). Trust me an Excellent pic Minnesota.I'll be watching.

  • leap @ 4:52 is some epic shit

  • hey vikings fans why do you ponder? ponder?

  • Since we didn't draft a DE. That means they might resign Ray for a long term deal. I still hope Rice stays though.

  • the next kurt warner with more speed and stronger arm

  • im not saying ponder will be a bust but wow i think the viks could have traded down sum, ponder looks accurate kinda reminds me of chad pennington, though i think those lob balls will be a interception in the nfl

  • he has the iq and feetwork down. He can work on his touch

  • ponders gonna b dat nigga for the vikings

  • BUST

  • Lil Wayne Feat. Gucci Mane - We Be Steady Mobbin

  • whats that song with no lyrics in the beginning

  • not that big of a reach considering washington would have taken him at 16......most pro ready qb in the draft obviously super smart has great charachter toughness and a very underated arm..... he is very accurate when healthy and a tremendous athlete (6-2 230 4.6 40)...just watch him get the vikes that lombardi trophy...kinda reminds me of that one rodgers guy

  • people need to stop hating this pick. Ponder is a good qb and i believe in him. hes alot more ready to start then locker and i loved what i saw in locker. if people are upset and thought that he was a reach, fine. but look at kyle rudolph. tight ends are the second most important players on offence and he should of been a first round guy. we had a great draft!

  • @qplath: nobody cares if you believe in him when t heres better talent and value on the board you take it this year it was Nick Fairley and Jimmy Smith, remember the last time the vikings chose value over need??? Some guy named Adrian Peterson>??? i think that worked out well.

  • @qplath What imaginary world do you live in where TE are the second most important players on OFFENSE. First is the quarterback. Second is either the LT or the RB (Probably the RB) with the LT a close 3rd. Then you have a dominant receiver after that you have TE. WTF is wrong with you?

  • @qplath TE is literally the LEAST important position in offense...Wow you're a dipshit.

  • @seahawksfuckthe49rs tell that to peyton manning and dallas clark.

  • All the people in hear that hate ponder are the same people that said Tom Brady was going to be a "no one", i'm not saying that ponder is going to be like Tom Brady but they said the same things about brady (lacks mobility, questioned arm strength, etc..)

  • YES YES YES! Ponder was the QB I have hoped the Vikings would get since the senior bowl. I really believe he is the BEST Qb in the draft. Ponder, Peterson, Harvin, Rudolph, Shaincoe, and hopefully Rice. Try and stop us, defensive coordinator's nightmare.

  • You can't be serious. Who blocks downfield for AP? That's right... RICE! The reason he never lit it up is TJuke couldn't get him the ball.

  • Cant wait for him to start playing

  • lets also look at the fact last season the vikings had the 30th pick in the nfl draft and then traded out of it....for the detriot lions who then drafted jahvid best and we promptly draft chris cook....ok w/e then a few picks later??? Toby Gerhart are you kidding me??? Adrian Peterson/Jahvid Best??? hello domination....yet we go out and waste it on Toby Fuckin gerhart lmao.

  • @Boog2200 wow you must be bored to write 4 long comments saying how bad he is. We'll see what happens.

  • Only homer viking fans will like this pick cause they know nothing about football...Heres a few names-Anthony Constanzo,Nick Fairley,Jimmy Smith,Andy Dalton,Muhammed Wilkerson,"Jonathan Baldwin-if sidney rice leaves via free agency" all still left on the board and this is what we draft hahahahaha.

Dequan bowers will have microfracture knee surgery soon it will cost him 8 months and i still believe he would've been a better choice based on upside.

Andy Dalton>>>>>>>>>>>>Ponder any day any time

  • @Boog2200 give him a chance

  • @Boog2200 yea right...if Ponder had Andy Dalton's Defense and wr's FSU might have went undefeated too

  • @Evolution10X: get the hell outta here with that, Florida State is supposed to recruit better athletes not TCU, don't even try that Dalton made them better than what they were.

  • @Boog2200 Your kidding yourself if you truly believe FSU would have beat TCU this year. TCU was stacked with talent on both offense and Defense. Show me one receiver on Florida State as good as Jeremy Kerley and Ill give you a cookie.

  • @Boog2200 Pay attention to the video, at what point do you see FSU struggling offensively to score? FSU's problem was their defense...they couldn't stop anybody. IMO that would be the biggest difference when comparing TCU to FSU. TCU had arguably the best defense in the country. Look at the stats.

  • and he was absolutely awful the one time i saw the kid up close and in person cause i was at the game.........11/28/39% completion percentage 2 ints and i swear watching every snap of the entire game....he threw atleast 8 balls that were considered??? what the fuckkk was he thinking throws LOL........once again i know more about football than anyone in this stupid channel don't test me i know when a guys a bum, hopefully im wrong cause im a vikes fan,but jesus christ.

  • I also love how people are trying so hard to make light of this draft pick......christian ponder in round 2?? ok i can see it.christian ponder at pick no.12?? when there are 4 other better qbs on the board left hahahahah now that is just all time dumb..Im sure the Packers and Bears are just fearing the almighty Christian Ponder right now.I watch college football religiously.im an oklahoma fan our team was not good this year..............continue next post

  • what a play!! FSU vs NC State 2010 Highlights @ 2:07

  • check out FSU vs UF 2010 Highlights @ 5:45 Ponder makes an NFL throw worthy of the 12th overall pick

  • At first, I was shocked with this pick and would've loved to have jimmy smith with this and get dalton or ponder second round.. but when they picked up kyle rudolph i was happy.. because i believe ponder would be better at west coast offense than dalton imo and that two TE sets will be killer... now lets protect this guy!!.. i just hope ray edwards comes back since we decide to skip on daquan bowers

  • Comment removed

  • no he wouldn't bills, bengals and 49ers would have took him if vikings waited till 2nd round. ponder has the best playaction in college also very accurate, great pick by the vikings

  • Vikings shouldve got prince in the first round and get ponder in the second round ponder wouldve still been around in the second round

  • i thought he'd be a 49er and colin a viking. then i thought NE would take dalton but mallett fell so far down so i dont blame NE for taking him.

  • Dear Vikings .......We just love your draft selections this year .....LOL !!!! Signed Green Bay Packers fans

  • @GBstunna You'll love 'em even better when you see our picks kicking your ass. Signed Viking fans.

  • @boxofrox619 Oh kinda like they did last year .......Oh wait a minute we kicked your ass twice .....Oh yeah did I forget to mention we are the Superbowl CHAMPS !!!!!!!!

  • @GBstunna Tch. whatever. You think just because you win the SB that Im gonna stop rooting for my Vikes? We'll have our time. Just wait and see.

  • @boxofrox619 I doubt it !! The Vikes are the all time choke artists .......You should have won the superbowl a year ago but you gave the game away to the saints.....And the year you went 15-1 you guys got embarassed in the playoffs by the underdog Falcons.....Oh yeah and how can I forget all the Superbowls in the 70s that you guys lost
