Again as I stated there are domes that can be built not for less than any other structure on earth but when you add all the benefits it turns into a home that cost less to construct. A single airform can build 100 homes using less concrete than a traditional home. That by product can be inserted in bags to build houses I am sure you can develop a mixture that will be strong as concrete. The land there is wide open living in houses built from traditional european designs is closed minded build round structures from earth it is stronger will resist wildfire. If these people are without electricity then they can go solar and feel wealthy. Look in my favorites everything I speak of is here now all we need is permission to do these things in most areas.

It makes me sad to see that the government is still treating the natives with disrespect. The worse part is its been using the people against each other. It goes on with all the races. Pocketing the money at the cost of humanity.

If there are already TWO power plants on the reservation, why are there 20,000 native homes without power, the first responsibility of those TAKING control of these peoples resources is to provide them FREE POWER for the life time of the power plant. If this can not be done they have no RIGHT to develop the resource, an ALTERNATIVE power solution would be healthier for the future of the people and their Mother*Earth . . .
