I am 100% aware of it. And they know of mine. But also realize that this episode was my first, and the script was horrible. Their first episode was horrible too, they say it themselves.

See, I think I can understand why not many people subscribe to you.
First off, your L doesn't sound believable or funny. It just sounds like you with a voice-modding program.
The voices that you use are either low-quality or don't suit the characters. Or both. Light came the closest, but even he sounds like a mopey, overly angsty vocal persona. Light is smart, tactile, and decisive and his voice doesn't reflect that too well.
Not to mention Rick-Rolling stopped being funny a while ago. :/
In addition, the 'muffin' joke felt like a move aimed towards attracting a 'random Invader Zim' loving group. Muffins aren't funny. Yes, they're silly, but they're not creative and certainly not 'original' as you like to preach.
You may want to increase your portfolio of voice-actors. Abridged series relying primarily on one voice usually imply that the lone VA has either great range or a number of original, funny voices.
Do you write your script alone? Collaborate with friends if you can.
This episode took forever to script. This was actually my fourth try at it, and my best, if you can believe that. First episodes are always hard, and I wish you luck on yours.
And, yeah, we've expanded the about of VA's we have, and I'm working with our current ones to see if we can get them to extend their range, etc. Only comes with time. Not all of us can get hundreds of celebrity voice actors to just volunteer for our show. =P
I didn't edit this. This was done between Episodes 7 and 8, because someone (Kirbamon) offered to do our editing. I believe he is using Vegas.
The jokes were mostly not changed in the redub but it does show a overall improvement in editing, video quality, and sound quality, I think. The jokes start getting good in the second half.
