Saw-scaled viper (Echis carinatus) is the snake that causes most deaths. More venomous, more aggressive, more widespread, harder to spot (smaller, camoflagued and also often buried with only the head above the ground). The indian cobra causes many deaths in India. But the saw-scaled viper causes more deaths in the world.

I hate how people think Great white sharks are the deadliest... if they attack you, yes, but they are extremely intelligent and most likely would not attack you. The average death rate from a great white shark is about 2-3 deaths per FIVE years. Bull Sharks on the other hand are extremely deadly.

The shark are dangerous, but if you are counting it for human kills then you are wrong. There are 50 bites per year, not deaths. Only about 8 people die by sharks every year around the world. More people die by vending machines falling on them that by sharks bite. and from the 450 shark species, only 36 are dengerous. Plus, human dead rate in this list per year is bad. Are you sure is 1 year or 5 to 10 years?

MOSQUITO kills alot more people than shark every year, but still this list is bad. Not that many people die animals. Car accidents kill more people than almost all of this animal united. I only know about the shark, it kills about 8 poeple per year, and there are about 300 bites per year. Even more people die by a lightning or vending machines than by sharks every year. So if you fear sharks, then you should start fearing lightning and vending machines.
