The blacks have been going down to the park on Fort Pickens Road for years because it used to be relatively secluded. They have always left the park in a mess, and the Island Authority has had to send their entire clean-up crew to the park on Monday mornings to clean the area up. It's not racist to expect everyone to act appropriately and clean up after themselves.
