Lenin and the early bolsheviks expanded the people's civil rights, of these included abortion rights, gay marriages, and worker rights. Not the opposite.
Even though, I hear bourgeois reactionaries calling him "a worse despot than Hitler"!. The bourgeois demagogery and stunning propaganda has litteraly been overwhelming since people don't know their history.
