too bad you couldnt get the game :S, but i have to admit, the game is "violent" and some mothers dont approve this kind of game (my mother used to be that way. but then she realized, she couldnt stop me now... i was playing "violent" games all my whole life).

but thats a good sign too, i preffer to wait for Infinity (PSP2i) on the PSVita. besides, i stop playing it cuz it bored me again, the lack of things to do it bored me again :@

@Redjoker96 no clue about Infinity on US, i stop waiting since there's no clue about PSVita either, so i switched to MHP3rd on my PSP and wait until i get a PSVita and see if i port or something my old savedatas IF they release it on Vita

I just got Phantasy Star Portable 2 a few hours ago and im still out of the loop on a few things. I haven't played a Phantasy star game since PS Zero on DS. Whats the name of that sword that gave you black wings, were you a Newman, Human or a Beast?

@Tatsuya91 i don't know why you have dark armor and light weapon when alterazgohg is light. is it for the difficulty or something?

@kdg5636 nah, i was like "should i switch armor?, nah, as soon i see he gets a little more harder i change for the safety win", plus, alterazgohg change from Light to Darkness randomely (well dunno if he changes it randomely or as soon he start getting a lot of dmg from Light/Dark element attacks), you can tell when he switch element when your attacks (or hits you take) changes effects

@danmillpr Dont be so sad, get a usb cable what can be connected to PSP if you dont have already and then search around internet for PSP Custom FirmWare and download Phantasy Star Portable 2 from The Pirate Bay ,then put it on your PSP and here you go your christmas present.

1) i live in southamerica, i dont have access to this stuff very easily (not to mention is stupiditily overpriced), i have to take the risk and buy it from other country (My bro already lost a lot of money in PS3 games cuz the games never arrive home)

2) with all the stuff about piratery's business going on nowdays... i preffer to not screw anyone's life.

@TheCarbon2 Whitill Wing (Blue/White ones), Darkness Wing ("dark" ones lol) and Crimson Wing (Red ones).

to get the next ones:

Whitill: get the "good" Ending.

Darkness: get the "normal" ending.

Crimson: get the "best"(i call it true) ending.

for more info, check guides/pspedia2, they give good info how to get them all (in a single character like i did).

jeez, I find it annoying that a hunter, ranger or Vanguard haves to use a S-rank rod. also, what is the point of having one? cause, I see it only worth having on a Force.

@Crimson0089 i preffer to get something to heal instead items. and save the items for emergency or last resort.

since i dont pick some Sol Atomizer(i think they are a waste of space) i need the Rod/Wand for Giresta and heal those annoying status effects on my Party or myself, not to mention Gravidion is the highest lv Rod in the game, wich means, no matter if you are Hunter/Vanguard/Ranged, as long you can equip it, you can heal a lot of HP (one heal = almot all my HP :D)

@Tatsuya91 so, a wand/Madoog isn't good enough for any ranger, hunter or vanguard? Gravidion may be the highest S-rank rod in the game but I just find it weird that any other class(except Force) would use that. also, Sol Atomizer's aren't a waste of space and item's are meant to be use for a quick use if you don't have enough time or won't be able to use you're healing equipment.

@poncelion73 nope, they are the normal ones, the DLC is not avaible on the US Version, only in japan there's a few of missions avaible to download

how do you get those nice outfits and weapon and how to you unlock the bosses from the first phantasy star ?? btw i didn't buy it , i downloaded the game. :p oh and can you tell me how to lvl up fast and how to play online with psp

@jayjaycorleone well, to unlock all this bosses, you must reach certain point on the Story mode so you can gain access to the 3 different planets, also you unlock different missions if you keep advancing on the Story mode, to unlock certain outfits you must finish some special requirements (such, finding them on missions, exchanging them for Photon Spheres, etc).

some outfits will be ONLY accesible if you finish the Story mode on Hard mode. (i think you must get rank S on all of them too)

This version is old. i dont recommend you to buy it. This year Sega will release Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity on US. so i think buy this old version is waste of money, cuz the newest version is already out (Japan only for now).

I doubt the US version will have DLC (download content)... Usually the US DLC when the game is originally from Japan, or dont have any.

@Tatsuya91 im not sure sega will bring phantasy star portable 2 infinity to US because its not confirmed\announced that they will.... also PSvita is comming next year so PSP will be outdated but im still hoping that sega will bring PSP2i to US tho btw where u get that info?

@lazychino2 its just a guess actually... because i didnt expect PSvita coming before they release infinity on USA... hope they do -.-, still waiting to import my main character (i stop playing because a lot of people told me its insanely way more easier reach lv 200... and i already have all my equipment full upgraded DX).

if Sega dont release it on USA (specially on the PSP) i will be very dissapointed... and they never dissapointed me... yet.
