As long as you have display set to 800 x 480, it would run WoW. If you change the display to a higher resolution, it will not run. I am sure about that because at higher resolutions, it struggles to play saved Video files itself.

The Samsung Q1 is not a beta version. You can't upgrade the graphic card.

It is a bit laggy because I recorded this in Orgrimmar, anyone playing WoW know this place lag even on a desktop PC.

It is playable, although you need an external keyboard and mouse. FPS is not a problem, but remember it is only a 7" screen.
