It would be easier if you used the smaller jaws of your calipers to measure the inside width dimensions. These are the two little "ears" above your calipers digital display. I could not see them in the video but most calipers have them.
hello, Mr, Ridenour. I bought myself b45 lyre vandoren mouthpiece, but it tends to whistle in low e and f, and on register b (h1 in europe). I've tried with different reeds, but with no luck, the attack of the tone is not clear on these notes. Can you give me some advice for maybe cutting the rails, or something else...cause i gave 100 euros for mouthpiece that doesn't work..I have vandoren a3 crystal beside vandoren, and everything is good on it...jloncarek@gmail.com
