We also have to realize that Bush's success in humanitarianism won't be shown as much as some of his missteps in the economy, because the economy is so bad right now. If there was a widely publicized political collapse in one of the African countries and Bush saved the day with some kind of treaty--THEN people would have liked him more. But the prevelant issue is the economy, so people ignore humanitarianism.
