@chaosflakes Not really. With most cars, it is still possible. But it's definitely wrong to say "every" or "easy". The other thing I love is in movies and popular culture they still pretend there are a couple of wires under the dash you can splice to "hot-wire" common vehicles. It's been over 30 years since that has been remotely feasible. Even tearing into the steering column is less possible each year. If you ever have a beater car you are going to donate or scrap, try it yourself. Kinda fun.
