I'm kind of ashamed that people compare Paramore to Muse. I didn't know paramore's tunes so looked them up and I recognised all their hits from the radio. I always thought it was Avril Lavigne who sung those "catchy tunes". I've been a muse fan for years so hopefully that hasn't clouded my judgement. Please tell me that Muse are not like paramore....

@ncPsychosis...I think you missed the point...

My point was that people will like every single one of Muse's songs (no matter what) just because they are "huge fans" of Muse. If you really look at the songs, lyrically and musically, and make a judgement for yourself as to whether its a good song, then fine by me...but when every song is awesome...that's a flat out lie.

I was in no way guilting people out of listening to music...just wanted them to be honest with themselves about it.

I think that statement does not really apply to all countries and individuals. In the Netherlands, where I live, Muse is not as big as in other countries. I bought this album because it's a great album. Music is about freeing the mind, not the individual. I think they are not warning us about companies and *possible brainwashing* , but moreover they are warning us/ telling us to just be ourselves and not let our minds get 'blocked' by others. But thats just my opinion

Ah. Your right, people should be able to express opinions on youtube and not get yelled at, unless what you said was just plain stupid. At first I thought the same thing, 3:20 to 5:30 was boring since the rest of the song was so quick paced than it suddenly falls to this slow, long section of the song, and it happens so quick, I still hate the way muse made it go from Fast to slow, but after listening to it a couple more times, I find it more beautiful than boring...
