You should cut the wood in half from the center of the hole and parallel to the outside of the block, then fix one side to your vice and the other piece to the other side of your vise. That will make a fixture to clamp and unclamp quickly, then you just have to center the PTFE tubing to your drill, now you can crank them out in no time :).
