Prohibition is very effective, but not to serve the population. It is to serve the wild west like way of doing buisness by the drug dealers and big ego cops.

They love the prohibition and are the same people that enforce it. Why do you think that cops are always debating us?

Excellent video on why Prohibition is always ineffective. Although Prohibition ended in the 1930's, meaning that all the young people's parents and grandparents are blissfully enjoying their alcohol. Imagine our children, grandchildren and their descendants are blissfully enjoying marijuana in the future. Prohibition against marijuana? This is why history repeats itself.
