In reality the vast majority of gamers don't know who the heck diago or schaefer are. The fighting game community is a FRACTION when compared with something like the FPS community. And that figure will get only smaller as the years passby. You have to expect ignorant comments like this because new gamers surface everyday. Vice versa can happen also. The vast majority of FG gamers don't even know who the top FPS gamers are in each game. So it goes both ways.

US ppl talk up OG like the best of all time but in fact Japanese players are better in fighting games. Their matches are close even if Jeff won like 60% of them. Daigo lost to many japanese players in practice too. Him losing is not a rare sight. He is always clutch in tourneys when it mattered. It saved him countless times.

Jeff's Balrog is great. His second round is unbelievable. He is unlike some turtles like Daigo who only uses Shotokan characters.
And I have a deep respect for those who use Balrog well.
