The repeating of certain verses is for emphasis and reflection, but it's voluntary - there are no verses in the Qur'an that *have* to be repeated in this way.
@shafichy really? I thought people prefer to repeat the verse when they mess up the pronunciation of some words. Arabic is a very hard language, I know that.
JazakAllah. Listening to the Alquraan being recited will give anyone peace n tranquility in this life because it is Allah words that u hear that give the heart n soul happiness n peace .
Stop arguing over whos better!! They are all good in recitation. Instead of arguing go read the quran with the meaning and see wat Allah (S) telling u to do.
you are right. you can not argue over who is better. Abdussamad recites in tajweed, and Gabreel in tarteel. That really is the reason why you can not compare, they recite in different tempos.
@777edward Yup. Wait u mean abusamad recited in tahqeeq and gibreel recites in tarteel. Of course all reciters of quran have tajweeed. Reciting the quran correctly by obeying the rules is tajweed which is most important.
undagroundtruth you've hit the nail on the head - my sentiments exactly! Sheikh AbdulBasit AbdusSamad will always be a benchmark (maybe unfairly as we grew up listening to his beautiful voice!) but Sheikh Muhammad Jibreel brings joy to the ears. May Allah swt grant paradise for all our brothers and sisiters past, present and future. May Allah swt guide all non Muslims to the truth and keep the existing Muslims from the accursed...May he increase the love in our Ummah between arab and non arab
you say in the description that shaykh Jibreel is the best egyptian recitor. well i have to disagree. Abdus Samad Abdul Basit is the best recitor of all time. But yes Shaykh Jibreel does have a beautiful voice, but you cant compare him to the heavyweights of this umma like abdul basit, minshawi, and husaree.
Don't say 'of ALL TIME' brother. The reciters from the Sahabah, and salaf were the best reciters with the most Itqaan and strongest Hifdh. Imam 'Aasim (the saahib of the 'Aasim Qiraa'ah) was one of the best for example, you once fell ill for two years and couldn't recite, he then stood up to pray and didnt make a mistake in one letter! and he would count the words of the quran when his students would recite on him (R).
I think you stated the verse wrongly, it's actually verse 105 - 111. The Qari repeated verse 105 to four times I think at the beginning. He's definitely one of those reflections of Abdul Baseet.
نعم, هذا هو معنى الحديث. أكثر منافقي هذه الأمة سيكون من قراء كتاب الله, لأنهم يقرءون بقراءة جميلة, ولكن لا يعملون بما يقرءون.
فتعرف أن the first three types of people سيدخلون جهنم: العالم[في رواية صحيحة] القارئ, والجواد, والمجهاد. لأنهم ليسوا بمخلصين لله تعالى. عندهم رياء (and so on)
by the way - "الذين لا يعملون به" - ما معنى هذا؟
They are 4 Rightly Guided Khalifahs. Abu Bakr As Siddiq, Umar ibn Al-Khattab, Uthman bin 'Affan, and Ali ibn Abi Talib. Whoever told you three does not know much.
Qutb was never a scholar. Anyway logically speaking why is overthrowing a ruler is haram when the ruler does not represent the interest of the people?
For example the Turkish scums (secular leaders) are banning headscarves. The pigs in the arab countries who are submissive to Western rulers. IMO it's totally justified to overthrow those rulers who do not abide by the Quran and the Sunnah
Is that all the Ikhwani's differ upon? And again, please show me where Sk.Khalid Yasin says he is Ikhwaani.
To my belief, Al-Ikhwaan are a political group as opposed to a religious sect. Whether Sh.Khalis Yasin agrees to their political views is different from their religious ones.
Yes, i've heard of this view before. Please, don't read into it more than there is. Without a madhab how lost would one be?? Each of the madhaahib hold valid opinions, there is nothing wrong with following them.
Brother, you know youtube is probably the most difficult place to do Da'wah in...ALOT of people speak out of pure ignorance. What you do learn is to be patient...like you said, being harsh is not from the Sunnah.
BTW, i have found an article that says that the beard is mandoub, im just checking it over. I have exams at the mo, so when im done, inshaAllah we can finish this off. (told ya scholars differed!)
Thank you for you posts. Yes, when it comes to issues of the Deen, we must be serious, as to not fall in the sin of innovation.
Your posts have made me think, as i ALWAYS thought there was a difference of opinion with the beard issue. It is now obligatory upon me to find that source, i understand. I do however know that the majority hold the opinion of it being Fardh...
And thank you for your message. InshaAllah i will take time to read it soon.
Im sorry if my comments are not making sense, with this word limit, its very difficult to fully express what i am trying to say effectively. If you do not understand any of the comments made, then please say so, so that i can further clarify inshaAllah
...i am very surprised that you are not familiar with this difference in opinion.
Obviously, it does not explicitly mention anywhere that beard is Fardh, the Rasool AS has not made that statement.
Like i have mentioned it is well known that there is difference of opinion. I have not analysed the sources, but if you wish me to research into it, then by all means, i will try my best to do so.
Wow. Ok, inshaAllah this discussion is conducted with adaab.
Now, there is also a difference in shaving the beard off. What is your definition of beard? It looks to me that the Sheikh M.Jibril has a beard, not a long one. But still, there is one.
Some Ulemaa' have itnerpreted that the way of teh Rasool as Fardh, like some have also stated that niqaab is Fardh. Others have said that the Sunnah of the rasool is simply a sunnah. I am very surprised that you are not familiar with this...
I don't understand why people like you, who are so tight in following the Sunnah, can easily pass their judgement and ridicule people like Sheikh Muhammad Jibreel.
Beard is Sunnah - not Fardh. There's a difference.
SHUT-UP, STUPID! You have the audacity to question the LAW of the LAWGIVER, ALLAH (The Exalted and Glorified). If it wasn't for HIS Guidance, you would've been having sex with your own mother! Just like the heathens of Arabia and the rest of the world before the Monotheist Revelation. ALLAH (The Exalted and Glorified) is the Creator of all that exists and HIS creation are HIS property. He (The Almighty) can dispense of them in whatever manner HE Wills.
As for slavery, ALLAH (The Exalted and Glorified) is the KING of kings. Those who refuse to submit to HIM are guilty of treason against their own Creator. This slavery is not like the slavery of westerners, who took ever black-man as a slave. Rather, the slavery in ISLAM is punishment for traitors who dare to instigate hostility against the loyalists.
SHUT UP, STUPID! The Prophets (peace and blessings be upon them) practiced the slavery that ALLAH (The Exalted) Permitted. The slavery of those who fought with the Believers. This was something even the Prophets of the Children of Israel practiced, peace and blessings be upon them. Delusional trash such as yourself should stop lying. Delusional heathen, you have the audacity to follow the rest of ALLAH's moral code for mankind. Such as not ejaculating into your own mother!
You should learn to respect a bit more before posting. You may have logical points or good reasoning, but all you say is tarnished by your poor presentation. That is called seerah.
Seerah refers to the life of the Prophet PBUH not explicitly related in a hadith. In this case I refer to his conduct or manner of relating to other people, which was with respect and patience, never insulting.
JazakAllahu Khair, so you mean the Sunnah. Seerah in Arabic refers to the 'biography'. It's the Sunnah that we follow, and inshaAllah from that attain the correct conduct and adaab as Muslims.
AND Abutaybah how can u say those words to shikh Mohammad jibril ??? (a muslim brother)..FEAR ALLAAH SUBHAANAHU WATA'AALA ..Remember your words, his words (shikh Mohammad Jibril and our words will all been written...may Allah Subhaanhuwata'aala protect our Shikh Ameen
I agreed wz bro zyka1 we r not picking on him as a muslims it is only right if we keep reminding each othr. Its our duties though dont take it as an insult n plz dont get offended bcoz we all love his recitaion. May Allah gives him rewards n hidayah to him n all the ummah on right path.InshaAllah
Mashallah one of the best recitors but why is Sheik M.Jibreel dont grow a beard even he one of the best Qari but I dont put him in my favourite list coz he has no beard. It is the Sunnah of every prophet and sahabi, to have a beard. Jazakallah khair
SUSBHANALLAH YEH I HATE IT WHEN I SEE THAT 2:((( IT IS LIKE A TRADITION FOR THE EGYPTIANS SHAVING :( I KNOW THEY DONT GET ARRESTED ANYMORE COZ I HAVE SEEN EYGIPITANS FROM EYGITP IN EYGIPT WITH MASSIVE BEARDS FOR EXAMPLE MUHAMMAD HASSAN MASHALLAH ANYWAY BRO INALILAHI WA INALILAYHI REJEEOON ALHUMDULILAH HZ GOTU GOOD VOICE:)may allah gide us and him
Sister nadya if want to deepen your knowledge in islam, I give an invitation for me to assist in helping you learn more about islam insha'allah, if you want, And if not that is fine.

Not blind following in everybodies case.
