Lucky you, I got a 98 ford escort for my first car, and it was handed down. Instead of helping me get a new car, mom bought herself a brand new one and gave me the scraps. At least it was a five speed :D

i just bought a stock turbo 91 mr2 its amazing it took alot of work to get it as good as it is it was leaking gas but it came with half another mr2 practicly i love the car people ask me about it all the time it has to be the most fun car i ever drove

i used to own a 92 n/a mr 2. That was, hands down , one of the best cars i've ever driven. The handling was superb and crisp humming of the engine was music to my ears. I eventually sold it off it 2000 as i had to leave the US and come back to my country. Eversince then, i've been the owner of 2 japanese imports and a german one but honestly guys, MR2 still rules ! I'm a die hard MR2 fan !

You have to find one in Japan and arrange shipping, or find a place in the US that imports JDM cars and check out what they have available.

Just get an American one though, if im not mistaken all MR2s were made in Japan. You'll save a lot of money that could go into buying a new motor or a turbo or something.
