I think we should give the game some time, there are a lot of things to consider when taking the overall damage into account like how much easier it might be to switch characters now and how much more red health is generated.

But worst case scenario at least we have the option to tone down the damage, I would hate to see people stop going for resets and all that simply because its easier to just finish the dude off.

I've been waiting to hear Yipes' thoughts and opinions on this game, seems Capcom needs to address damage and maybe restore some validity to character flight besides using it in combos, but besides that this game is looking very interesting.

I agree, at some point I think the damage should be toned down just one bit. Our arcade set it to the now-standard MvC2 lower damage after the first day of playing because the higher level players thought the damage for the game was too high. I think Yipes is on to something with that damage setting. We'll see!
