It looks like a lot of fun, and i'm sure it is! I'm also sure there's a lot of English that join in for the party. But really, i think causing such upheaval in a foreign land is not right. I totally agree with a couple of comments already posted that if any nationality did that in NZ it wouldn't be welcomed. Foreigners here in Japan, where i am now, have a Halloween party each year bringing chaos to the yamanote line in Tokyo. It's not looked on kindly at all!!
