Somaliland Is a tribal state that is based that is not a state. If this tribe driven dream is recognised than we could see 1000 states in east africa that are based on tribal enclaves.
Somalia of all people in east africa are one and should not be devided by clans. Even the case of sool and sanaag can result in civil war as there are many many other tribes that don't support tribal state of Somaliland.
