My sister used to open mail for PFLAG in Kansas. One time she opened some hate mail smeared in shit. She ended up having to get shots. Hazmat had to remove the letter, cos it was considered a biohazard. Ends up the guy who mailed it had full blown AIDS and Hep C that he got from another man in jail.
