I don't know why is he saying he's saying that he'll burn muscle and that the body won't burn the fat :S!! if you train and eat properly and in parallel u weight lift you'll loose fat and "GAIN" muscle! yea i said gain ! all you have to do is decrease ur caloric intake by a little bit, not much but a little bit and keep up the cardio and weight lifting
Good job making the video Rutledge, but I have to say as having been someone on it for over a year now haviing done a lotta research. I didnt see in this vid where you told anyone side effects, you glorify something thtat can also cause liver and kidney damage, deteioration of ligaments, even if taken too many as you said "take all you want" tell that to my work out partner who I almost smacked with a 30lbs weight for no reason. Because creatine can produce a sort of "roid rage". Mention that.
Yes but that will only grow your muscles. You have to lose the fat by cardio or other solution. He's implying taking creatine and whey after weight surgery. Read the fine print in the top corner.
even with that shit it wont do as much,. trust me i have hydroxy cut, its all about the heart when it comes down to it, no drink or powder is going to make you big, you have to work for it
Stack whey protein and creatine in your workout. Take your protein after your workout and creatine so your muscles can asorb alot of proteine and creatine vitamins. Whey gives you alot of mass. I was skinny long ago, only after protein and creatine, I have changed alot that way. Also hardwork and a good planned workout give you good results. Dont give up. Live for the pump!
Nutr Rev. 2006 Feb;64(2 Pt 1):80-8. Creatine monohydrate as a therapeutic aid in muscular dystrophy. Pearlman JP, Fielding RA. In recent years, dietary supplementation with creatine has been shown to enhance neuromuscular function in several diseases. Recent studies have suggested that creatine can be beneficial in patients with muscular dystrophy and other mitochondrial cytopathies, and may attenuate sarcopenia and facilitate rehabilitation of disuse atrophy.
CONCLUSIONS:: Low-dose creatine combined with protein supplementation increases lean tissue mass and results in a greater relative increase in bench press but not leg press strength. Low-dose creatine reduces muscle protein degradation and bone resorption
