You can transfer all your recorded videos to the PC and edit them with any Video software. All you need is an USB cable for connecting the PSP with the PC. And yes, you can delete the videos if you don't need them anymore. Even inside the PSP menus.

You can get the psp camera on ebay. People from the u.s. are selling it so its easy to get. I just got mine for $58.

the problem might me with the memory card try using another one. mine did the same but not with the memory

Its not an american version people. you can change the language on the camera. the UMD that comes with it that lets you edit your videos and photos however, is only in japanese.
