@moproducer whatever dude you can go burn in hell. Respect those who have past. It's a rule known by everyone. Never dis someone who has passed to the other side.
he died of BROKEN heart. what a silly comment indeed. if you are together for 40 years and love each other, through good and bad times, and that person is gone all over sudden, your only wish is, that you could follow soon and meet up in the thereafter.
MY grandparents were the same, after granny died, grandfather had no will to live and passed away 6 month later, with a smile on his face.
Such a sweet video! Thank you for posting. June and Johnny had such a beautiful relationship with one another and with the Lord. I think that when she died he died too, in spirit. I know they are together in heaven
@JerryBarryLover i know.why are others even mentioning micheal? no offence but if i wanted to talk about him i'd go on one of his videos.this is johnny's page and i find it very disrespectful
@paulbuss mj was fucked up in the head and if you cant see that becuase you like his music to much then so be it.....johny cash died from old age and he sang about what he believed in and I know that his music saved alot of people from deppresion....mj died from a drug over dose and left nothing but the mistakes he made in his life!!!.....sorry but thats the truth, believe me or dont I dont really care but next time thank before you speak!
@sparuto117 FUCK OFF!did you know Cash was friends with MJ??? oh guess what Cash had a huge problem with speed at one time! so both had drug problems and Cash died from complications of diabetes/pnymonia not old age infact Im sure his years of hard living had a hand in his death he was surpringly young at 71(Paul MAcCartney is 68) secondly Im far bigger fan of JR than some posuer anime junkie like you 15 yr old twat like you! RIP BIG JR CASH!
@sparuto117 Dying from old age is a myth. I am getting old, and my mother is 94 and still alive and well. When the body can no longer sustain life, for whatever reason, that is when we die. Death happens at any age.
A sad day in music history. I still remember when I heard the news almost 6 years ago. That man got me into guitar so much, near every musician todaY owes gratitude to the late great cash, you kids could learn a tihng or two from the old guy too. Back before this screamo stuff and everything
I have and continue to learn things from him, before my Dad died, he got me into Johnny Cash, and really, how can anyone even call the screamo "music", music, after hearing Cash?
he did pass from a broken heart. r.i.p., j.r. you're the true 'king.' we've been to the carter folds in va. many times, hoping to see johnny. jlabomb, you know how fortunate you are. thanks for sharing.
i didnt even know who johnny cash was at first but i listen to his song hurt and i was crying my eyes out when i heard that he was dead even if you didnt know he you would still cry if you heard his story
My mother reminds me every now and then at how I cried when Johnny asked June to marry him on his TV show. I was only 1 1/2 years old... 40 years later and I'm still a fan. We've all been blessed with your music. Thank You. R.I.P Johnny and June! You will be greatly missed.
You so lucky to get to see him in concert I was getting married on that day you were taking that video I apperciate you bringing this to youtube it show the love of a heart broken man who will be loved by millions from here on out =) Peace and keep up the good video's
i am 15 years old...and Johnny Cash is the man that i look up to..he is my role model...he was just such an extroardinary human being....i am very upset that i will never get to meet him...but i suppose that i will just have to wait until i die to shake the hand of the man who's music and story touched me..and changed my life forever
omg ;;omg ty you and me both no that if it wasnt for johnny and june and THE WORDS to thier songs we are like he said in his last song HURT and if u believe me then listen to junes last song
Johnny Cash never really considered himself "country" or "rock n roll". Instead he broke all the rules and broke down the boundaries between different genres of music. That is why he was, still is, and always will be such a driving force in music. And also why his music appeals to such a wide audience, and continues to inspire musicians young and old alike.
o my god!!! Johnny cash is my god. on place 2 ( God first) of course. i didn't get to se him on stage saying "Hello im johnny cash". His the best and his going to be the best for centerys. His 1000,000,000 better then 100% (Procent). Peace!!!.
"My daddy left home when I was three, he didn't leave much to the ma' and me.." I know he didn't write it, but he it's as if he did. That young guy is responsible for that book of Cash. It's a great big book of photos and letters etc. it's excellent, if you get a chance check it out.
For sure he died of a broken heart! He ook a piece of mine too when he left. I will always sing his song and i will raise my kid on Johnny Cash's music too :)
Same, I love rock all the way. Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, KoRn... But Johnny Cash is my favorite country singer and the only one I'll listen to. Maybe because he used to be considered Rock n Roll?
It should be a while before I see doctor Death So, it would sure would be nice if I could get my breath Well, I'm not the cryin', nor the whinin' kind 'til I hear the whistle of the 309, of the 309, of the 309 Put me in my box on the 309 Take me to the depot, put me to bed Blow an electric fan on my gnarly ol' head Everybody take a look, see, I'm doin' fine Then load my box on the 309 On the 309, on the 309 Put me in my box on the 309
Hey, sweet baby, kiss me hard Draw my bath water, sweep my yard Give a drink of my wine to my jersey cow I wouldn't give a hoot-and-nail for my journey now On the 309, on the 309 I hear the sound of a railroad train The whistle blows and I'm gone again Hitman, take me higher than a Georgia pine Stand back children, it's the 309 It's the 309, it's the 309 Put me in my box on the 309
A chicken in the pot and turkey in the corn Ain't felt this good since Jubilee morn' Talk about luck, well, I got mine Asthma comin' down like the 309 *haaaaaaaa.....* Write me a letter, sing me a song Tell me all about it, what I did wrong Meanwhile, I will be doin' fine Then load my box on the 309 On the 309, on the 309 Gonna get outta here on the 309
Thanks for the video James. I was 13 when I got hooked on Johnny Cash back in 1970. It breaks my heart to see clips from that last Carter Fold appearance. Johnny and June will continue to inspire, their legacy will reign forever. Thanks for sharing. JC Forever.

I cant believe so many young people are into Johnny!
I am from Johnnys home town in Arknasas and it is great to see so many young people listning to his music.
I am 26 and I like the same songs my grandmother liked.
I think he drew a lot of young people in my remaking rock songs.
I truely believe he did die from a broken heart. When I first saw the video for "hurt" I knew it would be his last video.
