im gonna try to make that... only I don't think the circles are 360 degrees.. I think they're more.. but it would be kinda impossible not to use tape so it must be 360. oh well gonna try it

It's not purist origami, just uses some folds and cuts, but it's not kirigami, as it's made from more than one sheet of paper.
That leaves only one category, although not as precise as it could be: pop-up.

No, everywhere this form folds it is glued together with ricepaper. That's why it folds so beautiful.
