I was a victim as well! To this day my car is still messed up. They did an engine job and they completely messed up everything. This happen in April of 2010 and now I don't know what to do cause the shop is closed, and I don't know if I can still take them to court to get my money back. I spent almost 4 to 5 grand.
I used to work for them, they are a bunch of fucking idiots! I told them to fuck off and go back to afghanistan! Not one employee in the company certified!
Where was the AG in 1997 when Purrfect tried to rip me off??? I spent exactly what they charged me on my own attorney, and lost due to their lies... But I still won.
I know it costed Purrfect more than $400 to defend them against me. I know they lost days off work to testify!!!
I hope they shut them all down. I will never forget these people.
