@Mrdevilsboy911 I believe that was Bug's original voice. His very first appearance in 1938 he didn't even talk or was called Bugs Bunny. He was called Happy Rabbit. And his look in the original 1938 (Prest-O-Change-O) cartoon was nothing like his later development. Notice even in this cartoon, not was his voice different, his look as well.

This was the 1st Bugs Bunny cartoon while "A Wild Hare." Some people have complain about Bugs' character here. Seeing that this is the 1st release of 1941, this cartoon was probably in mid-production when Tex Avery's cartoon can out more than 5 months earlier. Chuck Jones next cartoon with Bugs was "Hold the Lion, Please", which shows the Avery influence.
