...Woo hoo...This song is so 'feel good'..Can't help but tappin' my foot as it starts, then all the way through..It's healthy to focus on the 'good times' with great People like John Lennon..Not just the bad..Love it..,he was a great Entertainer..and we still get to hear him...and so many others..now and forever..hopefully...

it's ironic because in 1980 after he was shot, John was slipping and sliding around on the back seat of the police car .. sliding around in his own blood
John Lennon was a genius. I don't think, nathanhack, that John do it wrong. Paul was famous for his imitations of Little Richard. Paul could do it very well too. Two both were genius.
Paul should handle the Little Richard songs. He's just better at it. Long Tall Sally, Kansas City (Hey Hey Hey Hey), as well as the stuff on the BBC Sessions prove it. NIce try John.
John Lennon @ his very best, doing what he loved to do the most!! Thanks for posting never saw this B4. I saw the other one (Stand by Me). Where was this?
hi- great video. it was actually filmed at record plant studios, studio B. 321 west 44th street, ny, ny. he started the album with phil spector and brought it back to ny to finish it. the assistant engineer on this date was jimmy iovine, who is now president of interscope records.
I dont think that is Hit Factory,I believe Record Plant in LA. H e wa working with nut case Phil Spector on the Rock and Roll sessions out there. That tune is from those sessions. Also recordings from that albul are shit...as far as engineering quality goes.
I love this shit.

If you disliked this wow....you must have a lot of hate inside of you. He loved everyone, and to hate him for that is the sickest thing imaginable.

Yoko erased the live vocal track on this video and replaced it with the studio version. How lame!

I love his "Rock´n´roll" Album. He wrote great poetry, but he also knew how to make music that just makes a lot of fun.
