@BULLDOGS476 If it is no trouble, can you upload a video showing this problem, because not many people have had this problem with this case, and I've never had it either. Also, Amazon's customer service and return policies are quite good and reasonable.

@BULLDOGS476 Not really, it's just that Kindles are quite thin. It's leather so it feels supple, but substantial in the hand, and there are very little problems with ergonomics. If you have little room in your bag or something, the thickness and size is something to consider most definitely, but there aren't many thin cases for the kindle. Perhaps, the Incipio NGP case might work for you, but it provides little to no screen protection.
Just got the case, its pretty bad, where the page turn cuts are they are crooked, almost as if the kindle is too big for the case. it stretches
